Filtration unit

Totally fitted filtration unit is used for filtering of emulsion and other cutting fluids from magnetic and non-magnetic impurities. Equipment of the filtration unit, number and kind of filters, equipment arrangement, kind of force pumps for filtering liquids, capacity and overall dimensions of the main tank and other technical parameters can be arranged acc. to customer’s requirements.

Technical parameters of the filtration unit presented on the drawing :

Total floating rate of the filtration unit about 1000 l/min ( 3 pcs. of magnetic – filter paper filters with floating rate about 330 l/min each were used ),
tank capacity 7800 l,
6 pcs. of force pumps CR f. Grundfos – each of the pumps is used for supplying of one machine tool
