Screwing machine GS-10

Table srewing machine GS 10 type is a device having characteristics of early known screwing machines GWD – A and GWD – B types, now the both screwing machines were replaced by the srewing machine GS 10 type.

The following improvments were applied :

• adjustable position of the feed lever,
• reduceing of the required pressure force,
• readjustment of spindle rotation speed for optimum cutting speed,
• rotation of the machine housing (each 90°) for the base,
• comfortable and ergonomic control elements make the device be characterized by the great output and productive reliability at safe working conditions and simple service.

Spindle has got rotary - manoeuvrable and reciprocating rotation. The rotary – manoeuvrable rotation are received from an electric motor through a wedle belt driving two clutch disces rotated at opposite directions. Changing of the spindle rotation direction is made by means of the feed lever through the lever connecting one or second clutch. The spindle receives the feed idle movment from the same lever, the working feed movment is received from a srew–tap. The lever should be loaded by force for the correct clutch work.
Changing of the rotation direction and withdrawing of the screw- tap is made by directed the force on the lever in the upper direction.
